Speaker Biographies


	Dodd F. Kittsley, CFA – Vice President, State Street Global Advisors Dodd is a Principal of State Street Global Advisors and Director of ETF Research for the Advisor Strategies Group. He is primarily responsible for creating and delivering ETF strategies and solutions to institutional clients. Prior to joining SSgA, Dodd was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley in their equity research department. For nearly eight years he was responsible for developing research and investment strategies using ETFs and closed-end funds. Dodd graduated from Hamilton College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and received a Masters in Education from the University of Houston. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and New York Society of Security Analysts. He holds the NASD Series 7, 63, 86, and 87 licenses.

	Anthony R. Rochte, CIMA – Senior Managing Director, State Street Global Advisors Anthony is a Senior Managing Director of SSgA Funds Management, Inc. at State Street Global Advisors. He is responsible for U.S. Intermediary sales and client service, including the distribution of exchange traded funds, mutual funds and separately managed accounts. Anthony is an experienced public speaker, facilitator and moderator on topics related to the exchange traded fund industry. Prior to joining SSgA, Anthony served as National Sales Manager with Barclays Global Investors within the iShares Institutional Asset Manager Group, where he played an instrumental role in the launch and success of iShares. Before joining BGI, Anthony served as Vice President within the Fidelity Investments Institutional Brokerage Group. Anthony received his BA in Economics and Political Science from Indiana University. He is a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) and holds Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses.

	Amos Rogers, III – Managing Director, The Tuckerman Group Amos is Managing Director of the Tuckerman Group and a seasoned real estate professional with nearly 15 years commercial real estate lending, investment and asset management experience. In his Tuckerman role, Amos leads the real estate securities business and is the portfolio manager for the REIT investment strategies. Previously, Amos spent 8 years at Citicorp, holding various positions in their real estate division, before leaving to join Pioneer Real Estate Advisors where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining The Tuckerman Group Amos was the Principal of ARC Realty advisors, a boutique advisory and consulting firm focused on providing strategic and transactional solutions for individual and institutional real estate clients. He received his undergraduate degree form Clarkson University, and holds a Master of Science degree in management with a concentration in real estate finance from the M.I.T. Sloan School of Management.
